Our refurbishment and overhaul service starts with a complete inspection of your equipment, followed by on-site recommendation and a quote based on your needs. A complete overhaul includes full machine disassembly, cleaning, replacement of its components, repainting of the equipment, machine reassembly and custom modifications as required.
You are in control of your budget; we can also perform target repairs to suit your specific needs with minimal downtime.

Powerscreen certified rebuild
We offer a full rebuild of your Powerscreen equipment. The process starts with a complete preliminary inspection to indicate any initial areas of repair. All tests and diagnostics equipment’s are available to make fault finding fast and accurate.
The equipment is stripped down, worn components replaced with genuine parts, and then painted in our spray paint booth ready for a complete check-up.
Our Workshop Manager will work with you to help determine your rebuild options, cost and what results you can expect.
