Annual End-of-Year Awards: Celebrating Our Stars

Jan 10, 2025 | News

As the year came to a close, we took a moment to reflect on our team’s remarkable achievements and celebrate those who went above and beyond. Our annual End-of-Year awards honour the exceptional talent, dedication, and commitment embodying the very best of who we are and what we stand for.

Let’s meet our 2024 winners:

Clint Bassett – Team Player Award

Clint Bassett, our Aftersales Support Officer from QLD, has set the gold standard for collaboration. He consistently demonstrates the power of mutual respect, understanding, and a shared vision, creating an environment where everyone feels supported and valued. This award is a testament to his remarkable ability to bring people together and inspire them to achieve great things as a team.

Dan Berry – Superstar Award

When it comes to dedication and exceeding expectations, Dan Berry stands out as a shining star. As our Apprentice Service Engineer from QLD, Dan has shown exceptional commitment to his work. Whether tackling complex challenges or going the extra mile to support his team, his efforts remind us of the excellence we strive for. His passion and drive make him a true role model and a deserving recipient of the Superstar Award.

Chris Michaloudakis – Safety Star Award

Safety is a cornerstone of our workplace, and this year, no one has embodied that principle more than Chris Michaloudakis, our Fitter from NSW. Chris’s unwavering commitment to creating a safe work environment has set a high benchmark for us all.

Cameron Breakall – Toolbox Award

When faced with challenges, we need problem-solvers like Cameron Breakall, our Service Manager from WA. Cameron’s knack for innovative thinking and his remarkable ability to tackle issues head-on have made him an invaluable asset to the team. His contributions remind us that with creativity and determination, there’s no problem too big to solve.

Lewis Dalziel-Smith – Silly Goose Award

The Silly Goose Award went to Lewis Dalziel-Smith, our Field Service Engineer from QLD. Lewis’s amusing misadventure – forgetting to pay for fuel at a petrol station – provided a good laugh and a reminder that humour has its place even in the most serious of industries. Whether it was an epic brain fade or a bold audition for “Fast and Fuel-less,” Lewis’s light-hearted moment brought smiles to us all.

Vivian McKee – Roy Watterson Award

The prestigious Roy Watterson Award was presented to Vivian McKee, our Payroll & Service Administration Manager from QLD. Vivian’s exceptional professionalism, integrity, and unwavering dedication embody the very essence of what this award represents. Her influence extends far beyond her role, leaving a lasting impression that inspires and uplifts everyone she works with.

While these awards highlight individual achievements, they also reflect the collective spirit of Lincom Group. Every team member plays a vital role in our journey, and the successes we celebrate today are built on the foundation of hard work, collaboration, and shared vision.

As we close the chapter on 2024, let’s carry the lessons and inspiration from these remarkable individuals into the year ahead. Together, we will continue to innovate, collaborate, and achieve greatness.

Congratulations to all the winners!
