Crushing Service Solutions (CSS) based in Western Australia has taken delivery of a Powerscreen Premiertrak 1180 from the exclusive Australian distributor Lincom group.
The decision to purchase a Powerscreen, one of the world’s leading providers of mobile crushing and screening equipment, was made after the Lincom group’s Open Day earlier this year where CSS General Manager Blake Stanley was present and could see firsthand a very successful demonstration of several Powerscreen equipments showcasing the excellent separation of materials, very good fuel efficiency and general ease of use.
The Premiertrak 1180 mobile primary jaw crusher achieves high outputs across a range of applications including quarrying, recycling and contract crushing. The crusher features a high swing jaw with a forceful motion that improves feed entry into the crushing chamber to maximise throughput and allow for an excellent reduction. User benefits include a low fuel consumption, track mobility and simplified set-up, operation and maintenance.
The Premiertrak 1180 delivered to CSS is the last machine of this type produced by Powerscreen, providing space for new developments like the ground-breaking Premiertrak 600, a high-performance primary jaw crushing plant which is easy to set up, versatile and engineered for quarrying, demolition and mining applications that require high production capabilities, especially in hard rock.
Stephen McCartney, Powerscreen International Sales Director said, “We are very excited with the Premiertrak 600 as the most recent addition to the jaw crushing range. With the flexibility of two possible configurations of diesel-hydraulic and diesel-electric, it has a high output capability of up to 600 tonnes per hour. We are confident that the Premiertrak 600 will push the boundaries of machine efficiency in the crushing and screening industry, delivering high capacity at an attractively low cost per tonne of quality finished material.”
The Premiertrak 1180 is already hard at work at a Western Australian Nickel mine and CSS is impressed with the robust design and the fantastic access and wide open walkways this larger machine brings to their Fleet. CSS already owns a Powerscreen XA400S Jaw Crusher with over 13,000 hours and a Premiertrak 1100×650 and both have been very reliable in the harder Goldfields type ores.
“The quality of the guarding and safety features like moving the jaw crusher operating controls into the control panel has greatly increased the safety when operating this machine” said Blake.
CSS commenced operations in 2010 and specialises in Mobile Crushing with a highly skilled and dedicated team of industry professionals. They sell, hire, and operate fixed and mobile crushing equipment and offer a Complete Project Management service from Tendering, Project Setup and day-to-day Project Management. CSS currently have 4 crushing and screening contracts operating in Western Australia and one on the east coast.
