In 2021, we achieved a significant milestone by earning the respected Great Place to Work® (GPTW) certification for the first time. This accomplishment holds a special place in our hearts, and today, we are pleased to be celebrating this certification once more.
GPTW utilises a methodology known as the Trust Model. Through their Trust Index and Culture Management platform Emprising, they gauge how employees perceive their the workplace. This includes their interactions with managers, colleagues, and the meaningfulness they find in their work.
We recognise that this achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of our team. Over the past two years, we have implemented several key initiatives to enhance our workplace culture. We established a dedicated Change Team to drive our internal initiatives forward, and introduced special perks, such as providing employees with a paid day off on their birthdays, to name just a few.
Our COO, John Edwards, expressed his pride in achieving this certification for the second time, “this recognition is a tribute to our people, who are not only the driving force behind our business but also our most valuable asset. There is always room for improvement, and our commitment remains steadfast in continuously striving to improve our workplace and move in the right direction”.
